With over 30 years of experience in architecture, Corey brings a designer’s eye and a deep love for creating unique, luxury homes. A proud Texas Tech graduate, Corey returned to Lubbock over 25 years ago and has combined his architectural expertise with a passion for building unique, high-quality homes that reflect the way people truly live.
Zac brings 5 years of hands-on construction experience and a drive to raise the standard of residential building in Lubbock. After discovering his passion while working on high-end apartment developments in the DFW area, he returned home to apply the same level of craftsmanship and care to single-family homes.
Together, Corey and Zac combine decades of design expertise with fresh energy and a shared vision: to deliver custom homes that reflect the way people truly live—beautifully built, exceptionally functional, and crafted to last.
